Al Madinah Publishers is a new publishing initiative of Al Madinah Online Academy, established with the vision of providing a structured digital platform where Muslims and Muslimahs from around the world can preserve, develop, publish and share their knowledge through meaningful written works.
We believe that valuable knowledge should not remain confined to personal notebooks, computers or temporary social-media posts.
A well-written article, essay, blog, short story, long-form story, research paper, thesis, educational material or book can become a lasting contribution to society when it is properly documented, edited, preserved and published.

Affordable Hardcopy Publication

For authors who wish to hold a physical copy of their published work, hardcopy printing may also be facilitated according to the author's requirements and the applicable printing arrangements. Where available, authors may receive special/discounted author pricing for their own copies, with home delivery subject to applicable delivery charges and service availability. This can allow a writer to transform a digital manuscript into a physical book without necessarily undertaking a large traditional print run.

Recognition of the Author

We believe that the person behind the knowledge deserves to be properly acknowledged. Therefore, approved publications will carry appropriate author attribution and publication information, subject to the applicable publishing agreement. Important Note on Subject Matter

Al Madinah Publishers does not accept manuscripts that promote hatred, communal hostility, religious abuse, obscenity, unlawful activities, harassment, defamation, discrimination or content that is otherwise inappropriate for a responsible educational and publishing platform. Submissions should remain constructive, knowledge-oriented, respectful and contextually appropriate. Before beginning your manuscript, please maintain intellectual discipline, emotional balance and basic mental and psychological well-being. Writers are encouraged to distinguish between: Personal Opinion • Evidence • Research • Interpretation • Verified Information and to support factual or academic claims with appropriate sources wherever required.

Originality & Copyright

Every author should ensure that the submitted manuscript is either: - Their original work; or - Used with proper permission/licensing; or - Based upon material that may lawfully be reproduced with appropriate attribution. Authors must not submit plagiarised, copied or unlawfully reproduced material. Where quotations, images, tables, research material or third-party intellectual property are used, appropriate permissions and/or citations should be provided wherever required.

Author's Responsibility

How to Submit Your Manuscript

Step 1 — Prepare Your Manuscript Prepare your article, essay, story, research paper, thesis or book in a readable digital format, preferably PDF for initial submission. Step 2 — Login to Al Madinah Online Academy Visit the official Al Madinah Online Academy website and log in to your account. Step 3 — Go to “Tasneef Academy” Navigate to: Tasneef Academy → Manuscript / Writing Submission Step 4 — Upload Your Work Upload your manuscript and provide the required information about your work. Step 5 — Editorial Contact After receiving your submission, the Academy/Publishing team will contact you regarding the next stage of the publishing process, where applicable.

What Happens After Submission?

After submission, the manuscript may pass through the following stages: 01 — Submission Your manuscript is received. 02 — Initial Screening Basic suitability, originality and submission requirements are checked. 03 — Editorial Review The manuscript may be reviewed for language, structure, content and publication suitability. 04 — Author Communication The author may be contacted for clarification, corrections or additional information. 05 — Editing & Formatting Where agreed, the manuscript may be prepared for professional publication. 06 — Publication Decision The author is informed about the applicable publication arrangement. 07 — Digital Launch The approved work may be digitally published. 08 — Printed Edition Where requested and available, a printed edition may be arranged.
